FUTURE PLANS FOR
CAMP CEDARBROOK
1. Renew emphasis on using the camp for congregational events such as
picnics, retreats, VBS, youth activities, family reunions, overnights and summer camping programs.
2. Develop & implement long-range plans for the future such as advertising enhancements & fundraising
events (See Activities
page) to raise money to upgrade and maintain our camp.

Revising plans to enclose Lose Pavilion.
Need funds for construction.
Pavilion upgrade is estimated to cost over $160,000. We will implement start dates as we meet our fund raising goals.

Began project in series of steps as funds are raised.
A) Step 1 - Raise $10,000 to purchase the materials for the outside walls.
B) Step 2 – Purchase materials for wiring plumbing etc.
C) Blue Prints have already been implemented by an architect (Mr. Eddie Mayfield).
We
have submitted a Grant
application to the
Harrison County
Community
Foundation
in hopes of qualifying
for a Grant to meet our
goal of building our
all-purpose facility.
The
Harrison County
Community Foundation
will announce the Grants
in early September.

Develop the trails & Lake picnic area.
